Terms of Service

This site is operated by Seyba Travel, a travel agency based in Turkey. We plan and sell sightseeing tours, transfers and accommodation arrangements within Turkey.

Our company details, registration numbers and travel-agency licence information appear at the end of this page.

Submitting a booking request does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we send a booking confirmation (voucher) to the email address you provided.

Some tours require availability confirmation from a local operator, which can take up to 48 hours. If we cannot confirm, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

Tours marked as instantly confirmed are secured at the moment payment completes.

Prices shown on each tour page are per adult. Where a child rate applies, we confirm it individually.

If the display currency differs from the currency you are charged in, the checkout page states the exact amount to be charged and the exchange rate applied. The rate is locked at the time of booking.

Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and foreign-transaction fees; these are outside our control.

Checking passport, visa and entry requirements is your responsibility. Japanese nationals do not need a visa for tourist stays of up to 90 days, but the passport must be valid for at least 150 days from the date of entry.

Arriving at the stated meeting point and time is your responsibility. We cannot refund a tour you miss because of late arrival.

Please tell us at booking about health limitations, allergies or pregnancy. Some activities, including hot-air ballooning, carry age and health restrictions.

We may cancel or modify a tour because of weather, safety, decisions by local authorities, or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Hot-air balloon flights are especially weather-dependent.

If the minimum participant count is not met, we notify you at least 14 days before departure and you may choose a different departure date at no extra cost, a full refund, or an upgrade to a private plan paying the difference.

Where we cancel, we refund in full. We are not responsible for costs we did not arrange, such as flights or separately booked hotels.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the price of the tour concerned.

We strongly recommend travel insurance, as medical costs abroad can be very high. Insurance is not mandatory, but we are not liable for costs arising from not having it.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey.

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights available to you under the consumer protection regime of your country of residence. Within Turkey, disputes below certain monetary thresholds may be taken to the Consumer Arbitration Committees.
