This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it and how we protect it. It is written with reference to Turkey's personal data protection law (KVKK) and Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
When you book: your name, email address, phone number, travel date, number of travellers and any requests such as hotel pickup or allergies.
When you pay: payment happens on the bank's secure page. Card numbers and security codes never pass through our servers and we do not store them. We store only the outcome of the transaction — authorisation code, reference number, amount and currency.
When you browse: usage data for analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Arranging and delivering your booking, issuing vouchers, and passing the necessary details to local operators. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
Accounting, tax and travel-industry record keeping. This processing rests on our legal obligations.
Answering your enquiries and providing customer support.
Preventing fraud and reconciling payments. This processing rests on our legitimate interests.
We share details with local operators, guides, hotels and transport providers to the extent needed to run your tour. Sharing is limited to what that service requires.
For payment processing, transaction data is handled by our acquiring bank's payment systems.
Because we are based in Turkey, the personal data of customers in Japan is transferred to Turkey. Our hosting and analytics providers may also hold data on servers outside your country.
We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Enquiry records are kept for a reasonable period after we have dealt with them.
When we no longer need data, we delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to how we process it.

In Turkey, if you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Payment takes place on the bank's page with 3-D Secure authentication.
Because we never store card details, a breach of our systems cannot expose card numbers.
Access to our admin panel is separated by role and actions are written to an audit log.
