Cancellation and Refund Policy

Day trips and city tours: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. 50% between 6 and 3 days before; 100% from 2 days before, including no-shows.

Hot-air balloon flights: if we or the operator cancel for weather, you receive a full refund. Customer cancellations are free up to 7 days before departure; after that 100% applies, because the flight slot is held for you.

Airport transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before. After that 100% applies.

Multi-day tours and packages: free up to 30 days before; 50% between 29 and 15 days; 100% from 14 days before. Because accommodation is involved, individual terms may apply and we state them in writing before you book.

Refunds are made using the same method and currency as the original payment. We cannot refund to a different method or currency.

We process refunds within 14 days of agreeing to one. When the money reaches your account depends on your card issuer and usually takes a few further business days.

Where the charged currency differs from the displayed currency, we refund the same amount in the same currency we charged. Exchange-rate movement afterwards may mean the figure in your own currency differs from the original.

Under Turkish distance-selling rules, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to accommodation, transport, restaurant and leisure services supplied on a specific date or for a specific period. Our tours and transfers generally fall within that exception.

Regardless of that exception, the cancellation terms above still apply and give you free-cancellation rights within those windows.
